Description

You will lead and develop a team of RN Reviewers, ensuring they meet performance and quality metrics. You'll collaborate with leadership to drive operational objectives, leveraging your clinical and communication skills in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare, managed care, or insurance-related roles
• 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity with coaching or training experience
• Current active RN license (BSN preferred)
• Comfort interpreting operational data and metrics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide general supervision over nursing staff including interviewing, training, coaching, mentoring, and quality auditing
• Coordinate day-to-day oversight and direction to clinicians
• Assist in addressing case escalations or provider issues
• Interpret operational data and metrics to identify process improvements
• Work closely with leadership team and report to Clinical Supervisor
