Description

You will implement educational and behavioral programs for children in a special education program, collaborating with teachers, psychologists, and therapists to support their growth and independence.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field strongly preferred
• 2-3 years of experience providing direct support to children with disabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Collaborative approach

Responsibilities

• Implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs under the guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collaborate with service providers including School Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapists
