Description

You will support construction projects by assisting with site preparation, material handling, tool operation, and other tasks to build critical energy infrastructure. Work alongside experienced tradespeople in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and distribute construction materials across job sites
• Assist with site preparation including grading, excavation, and debris removal
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and assist with utility installations
• Set up and maintain job site safety barriers and signage
