You'll lead a Last Mile hub team, ensuring smooth delivery operations and coaching runners to success. You'll manage shift planning, process optimization, and coordination with central logistics. This role offers direct impact on customer satisfaction and growth in a fast-scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and manage a team of runners
• Oversee inbound truck deliveries and organize replenishments
• Plan shift schedules and ensure on-time departures
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and hub layout improvements

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in logistics or retail
• First experience in team leadership (professional or otherwise)
• Fluent German and basic English
• Valid class B driver's license
