Description
You will lead a team of 3-8 recruiters focused on Go-to-Market hiring, using data to drive performance and improve recruiting processes. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source candidates creatively, and partner with leadership to hit hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to scaling our mission of expanding access to life-saving behavioral healthcare.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally agency and in-house
- 1+ year people management experience overseeing 4+ recruiters
- Experience in high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and consultative skills
- Work authorized in the US with native or bilingual English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 3-8 recruiters, using data to inform performance management
- Operationalize improvements to recruiting process based on Talent team data
- Coach direct reports to increase productivity and performance
- Manage ATS (Greenhouse) and internal job postings, implementing best practices
- Proactively source candidates via cold calling, job boards, social media, referrals
