You'll be the first conversation future customers have with Laurel's AI time platform. Your core impact is opening doors at new accounts through creative, multi-channel outreach. You'll help shape the outbound playbook for a high-growth revenue team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute multi-channel outreach to open doors at new accounts.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outbound messaging.
  • Partner with Account Executives on account strategies.

📋 Requirements

  • Goal-oriented with a bias toward action and exceeding quotas.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Thrives on variety and brings creativity to daily outreach.
  • Demonstrated resilience and positive attitude navigating challenges.
