You'll own the accounting layer of complex engagements for EliseAI's next-gen accounting platform, working directly with Controllers and CFOs to drive implementations end-to-end. You'll help define scalable delivery playbooks as the platform evolves from early deployments to full operational adoption, operating like a founder within a well-funded startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong accounting intuition with a builder mindset.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive accounting portion of multiple concurrent engagements end-to-end
• Lead accounting discovery, scoping, and decisioning with senior stakeholders
• Own configuration and implementation of chart of accounts and workflows
• Ensure data migration and post-launch stabilization success

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth startups
• Background in accounting or finance (e.g., Controller, Senior Accountant)
• Experience managing complex, client-facing implementations
