You'll source and structure mission-driven real estate investments across LFM's funds, focusing on affordable housing transactions. You'll lead origination from deal sourcing through closing, while collaborating with underwriting and asset management teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and develop pipeline of affordable housing transactions
• Lead transaction structuring from sourcing through closing
• Coordinate with fund management and investor relations
• Ensure smooth handoff of closed deals to asset management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business
• 5-10 years experience in affordable housing finance or CRE lending
• Experience with affordable housing capital stacks and LIHTC structures
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

• Master's degree in related field
• Experience with agency financing (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae)
