๐ผ About This Role
You'll own top-of-funnel via manual and semi-automated outbound, developing high-velocity outreach plays for key accounts. You'll lay the foundation for our scalable GTM engine by iterating on messaging and optimizing metrics. This role combines full-cycle deal origination with strategic automation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume email and call campaigns with sequencing and throttling
- Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and timing
- Develop account-based outreach for ~50 target accounts
- Source and qualify leads, book meetings, and close SMB deals
๐ Requirements
- Proven ability to launch end-to-end outbound workflows using A/B testing
- Deep grasp of CRM, engagement, and orchestration tooling
- Experience operating high-throughput outreach engines (tens of thousands sends/day)
- Skilled at mapping multi-stage GTM flows with automated guardrails
โจ Nice to Have
- Prior SDR or RevOps experience at early-stage startup
- Track record of exceeding outbound performance targets
