💼 About This Role

You'll drive RecordPoint's growth by acquiring new customers in the Financial Services vertical through strategic, consultative selling. You'll engage with stakeholders to address critical compliance, efficiency, and data security needs using the Data Trust Platform. This role offers truly flexible work arrangements and equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business in Financial Services.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline to achieve sales quotas.
  • Execute verticalized ABM strategy and collaborate with SDR team.
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to deal closure.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-10 years of SaaS sales experience
  • Solution selling experience to enterprise and mid-market clients in FSI sector
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with MEDDPICC qualification and buyer-centric sales processes

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven sales enablement or intent data tools
  • Familiarity with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
  • Experience conducting impactful online product demonstrations
