You'll act as a liaison between clients, portfolio managers, and custodians to resolve inquiries and monitor accounts. Your work ensures accurate account performance and cash management. This role offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days in-office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond and resolve client requests/inquiries timely
• Monitor new accounts, set-up, closing accounts, and transfers
• Oversee account performance, cash outflows and inflows
• Run daily, weekly, monthly reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics
• 2 years of industry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

✨ Nice to Have

• Managed account experience preferred
