Description

You'll support production customers by monitoring and maintaining a highly distributed, scalable cloud infrastructure. You'll work on automation, deployment, incident response, and collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate software deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years professional experience
• 2+ years with Microsoft Azure or other public cloud platform
• 1+ years with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Linux scripting)
• Scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python

Responsibilities

• Monitor, tune, and maintain Linux, Azure SQL, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, and cloud services
• Define and meet key operational metrics including performance, incidents, capacity, and availability
• Lead incident resolution and coordinate with other departments
• Build lifecycle processes to mitigate risk and keep platforms current
• Automate software deployment to cloud environment in coordination with DevOps engineers
