Description

You will define and execute product direction for TrakCare, deeply understanding customer problems and designing solutions that help healthcare organizations solve them effectively. You'll work with cross-functional teams to bring features to release and represent the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Practical operational experience in healthcare organizations
• Domain expertise in healthcare workflows and information use
• Experience with healthcare application design in-depth
• Education in health domain or health informatics

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, feature design, and roadmap for products
• Collaborate with development, implementation, and field teams on releases
• Communicate with customers to understand processes and translate into requirements
• Represent the voice of the customer in product design and development
• Serve as subject matter expert in health domains and advise on industry trends
