You'll own the full sales cycle, driving new business for a fast-growing scale-up that helps companies build elite remote engineering teams. Your core impact will be closing high-value deals that materially impact revenue. This role stands out because you'll work on complex, high-opportunity engagements with senior stakeholders.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close.
- Run structured discovery on client hiring challenges and goals.
- Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
๐ Requirements
- Proven closer with experience in B2B sales.
- Strong deal management across multiple opportunities.
- Commercial mindset and structured operator (e.g., MEDDPICC).
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing or talent solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
