  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close.
  • Run structured discovery on client hiring challenges and goals.
  • Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven closer with experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong deal management across multiple opportunities.
  • Commercial mindset and structured operator (e.g., MEDDPICC).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing or talent solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
