💼 About This Role

You'll assist autonomous delivery robots in the field, performing light maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time. Your on-the-ground support minimizes service interruptions and feeds insights back to engineering teams. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Atlanta and requires driving company vehicles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support robots in the field to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Deploy, inspect, clean, and position robots for operations
• Track and document escalation tickets with clear communication
• Drive company vehicles to recover or reposition robotic units

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira
• 1 year in last-mile delivery, robotics, or customer-facing roles
• Experience using Slack or similar communication tools
