You'll develop and oversee manufacturing processes for high-speed optical transceivers powering AI data center infrastructure. Your work will directly impact product yield, throughput, and quality as you collaborate with world-class engineers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and deploy manufacturing processes for new optical transceiver products.
• Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation.
• Collaborate with design and contract manufacturing teams on DFM.
• Engage in equipment selection and supplier coordination.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in EE, ME, Physics, or related field.
• 7+ years in high-volume optical transceiver or laser manufacturing.
• Expertise in wire bond, die bond, or active optical alignment.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
