💼 About This Role

You'll design and build integrations between Parloa's conversational AI platform and SAP ecosystems like SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and Service Cloud. Your work will enable enterprise customers to deploy AI agents that read from and write to SAP systems. You'll own integration projects end-to-end from PoC to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own SAP integration projects end-to-end from design to go-live
• Design scalable integration architecture using SAP BTP and APIs
• Build and configure iFlows, API connectors, and data transformations
• Navigate enterprise SAP constraints like security and authorization

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in SAP integration engineering or BTP development
• Hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite (iFlows, API proxies)
• Solid understanding of SAP data models and APIs (S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud)
• Proficiency with integration protocols: OData, REST, SOAP, OAuth2

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with conversational AI or CX tech stacks in an SAP context
• Familiarity with SAP AI Core or SAP Agent Builder
• Experience with SAP system integrators in delivery or presales
