💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes as part of an interdisciplinary team. Your work helps vulnerable seniors stay independent while receiving comprehensive care. This role stands out with a stable full-time schedule and mileage reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Assist with instrumental ADLs like laundry and meal prep
• Measure and document participants' vital signs
• Act as a medical escort to appointments

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Current BLS/First Aid Certification required
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days

✨ Nice to Have

• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
