Description

You'll lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers embedded with Fortune 500 enterprises to architect, build, and deploy production AI agents. Your role combines technical leadership, commercial ownership, and strategic partnership to drive AI adoption and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise AI/ML delivery, management consulting, or enterprise tech professional services
• At least 3 years in senior leadership owning commercial outcomes
• Experience building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to carry pipeline and close complex enterprise deals
• Deep domain expertise and executive presence to speak credibly with C-suite

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers within your vertical
• Review SOWs, participate in architecture decisions, and serve as escalation layer for delivery risks
• Develop team's vertical fluency in regulatory environment, data constraints, and stakeholder dynamics
• Maintain vertical use case library and reusable assets, map them to business impact
• Partner with product teams to ensure delivery insights translate into platform improvements
