💼 About This Role

You'll build and manage a world-class Customer Success team at Synthesia, the leading AI video platform. You'll directly manage CSMs for our largest accounts, driving ARR growth in the DACH region. This role offers the chance to shape the customer success function at a $4B unicorn backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive ARR through landing and expanding Enterprise customers in DACH
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-suite clients
• Own product adoption, value tracking, and retention
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing CSM team

📋 Requirements

• German fluency required
• 5+ years experience building CS org in B2B SaaS startup/scale-up
• Team management experience hiring and leading CSMs
• Skilled in risk management and forecasting for enterprise accounts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Churnzero
• Based in London or DACH region
