Requirements

• 4+ years experience in relevant field
• SME in a specific relevant trade
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience in FM, retail, or buildings environment
• Proven ability to solve complex trade-related technical issues

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors
• Review vendor quotes to ensure appropriate scope and pricing
• Develop and coordinate client and internal initiatives
• Serve as technical SME for department and leadership
• Proactively resolve significant vendor and client issues
