You'll own end-to-end debug across chip, board, and rack-scale systems for AI inference hardware. You'll rapidly diagnose failures, drive root cause analysis, and build reusable playbooks as production scales. This role offers deep involvement in cutting-edge ASIC technology at a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage field and production failures across chip, board, and rack level.
• Drive root cause analysis using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and system diagnostics.
• Build and refine debug playbooks for different failure modes.
• Debug rack-level issues involving thermal, power, and network infrastructure.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in oscilloscopes, signal integrity, power delivery, and board-level debug.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware debug, failure analysis, or systems engineering.
• Linux command line proficiency for log pulling and diagnostics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Rack-scale infrastructure experience (cooling, power, rack managers).
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces like PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes.
• Experience with GPUs, FPGAs, or custom ASICs.
