Description

You will provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms, conduct diagnostic assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining clinical documentation, and contributing to accessible, high-quality mental health care.

Requirements

• Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
• Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in EMR system
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations
