💼 About This Role

You'll deliver innovative functionalities for our next-generation Open RAN 5G NR base-station products. Your work will involve testing and integrating 5G L1 and L2 features and developing new testing and analysis methods. You'll contribute to optimizing network performance through hands-on lab experiments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review design of new radio cellular features and suggest improvements
• Define test strategy for end-to-end performance evaluation
• Deliver technical reports and performance figures from lab experiments
• Debug cellular system issues from labs or customer field reports

📋 Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 2+ years in system integration of LTE or 5G radio access solutions
• Experience in real-time software development
• Proficiency in Python programming

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Matlab
• Hands-on experience with radio test equipment
