Description
You will lead and inspire a team of 7+ Commercial BDRs in our NYC office, driving performance by overachieving monthly and quarterly SQL/pipeline targets. You'll collaborate with leadership to build process and policy, and develop cross-functional partnerships to accelerate pipeline generation and team ramp time.
Requirements
- 4+ years SDR leadership experience at a fast-growing tech company
- Minimum two-year tenure as SDR Leader within one company
- Proven track record creating content and messaging that generates pipeline
- Experience attracting, recruiting, and developing world-class sales talent
- Data-driven, highly analytical, structured thinker with cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 7+ Commercial BDRs
- Overachieve monthly and quarterly SQL/pipeline targets
- Build and enforce BDR process, policy, and enablement
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Ops, Enablement, and Product Marketing on campaigns and events
- Coach, develop, and mentor BDRs on sales process, product knowledge, and career development
