• Prepare comprehensive project manuals from Management Team information.
• Suggest alternate solutions for complex projects and review comments.
• Mentor junior staff and serve as a technical resource.
• Stay current with products, industry standards, and trends.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in Architecture or Interior Design.
• At least 5 years of specification writing experience.
• Extensive experience in construction materials.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MasterSpec, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Ability for public speaking to groups.
