Requirements

• Expert user or genuine interest in Peak Design gear
• Experience in customer-facing role (retail or hospitality)
• Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
• Creative and adventurous personality
• Ability to host, educate, and listen

Responsibilities

• Greet and determine needs of every customer
• Know every product and explain its uses
• Handle product returns, warranty claims, and support
• Operate point-of-sale system
• Maintain clean and organized store environment
