You will lead payroll operations for Denmark, managing end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and stakeholder relationships. This role offers the opportunity to improve processes and mentor team members in a fully remote, global environment.

Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Denmark payroll
• Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers
• Process full end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, payments, and compliance
• Ensure data integrity, accounting/reconciliations, and meet KPIs/SLAs
• Mentor and support payroll specialists
