💼 About This Role

You'll own complex enterprise implementations end-to-end, managing multi-quarter programmes with dozens of stakeholders. You'll drive structured delivery while helping evolve our implementation methodology. You'll become Ben's platform expert, influencing product roadmaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-phase enterprise implementation programmes
• Manage broad stakeholder map including C-suite sponsors
• Drive structured delivery across milestones and dependencies
• Own escalation management and issue resolution

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience managing end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise organisations
• Led implementations running 4–9+ months with complex stakeholder groups
• Track record running structured UAT programmes and transition to live operations
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery aligning product, engineering, and client teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM and project tooling (HubSpot, Linear, Asana)
• Strong commercial awareness
