Description

In this role, you will build relationships with decision-makers, oversee the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, and collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to maximize customer value. You'll serve as a trusted partner, identifying risks, driving adoption, and ensuring renewals and expansions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS in the Korean market
  • Proven experience owning customer renewals and expansions
  • Experience leading junior team members as senior or team lead
  • Excellent customer-facing skills: training, discussion management, conflict resolution
  • Business fluent in English and native level Korean

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover business needs and establish succession plans
  • Serve as trusted point of contact throughout customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams on account growth strategies
  • Proactively engage accounts to identify risks and maximize value of subscriptions
  • Execute business reviews, training, and feature implementation, assessing client health
