Description
In this role, you will build relationships with decision-makers, oversee the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, and collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to maximize customer value. You'll serve as a trusted partner, identifying risks, driving adoption, and ensuring renewals and expansions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS in the Korean market
- Proven experience owning customer renewals and expansions
- Experience leading junior team members as senior or team lead
- Excellent customer-facing skills: training, discussion management, conflict resolution
- Business fluent in English and native level Korean
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover business needs and establish succession plans
- Serve as trusted point of contact throughout customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams on account growth strategies
- Proactively engage accounts to identify risks and maximize value of subscriptions
- Execute business reviews, training, and feature implementation, assessing client health
