  • Deliver high-quality IT support services to clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and desktop issues
  • Manage tickets and prioritize work through ticket status
  • Provide on-site support to local clients up to 15%

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as IT Support Specialist or similar
  • Proficiency in VMware, O365, backups, Windows client/server
  • Experience with ticketing systems and tracking work
  • 2+ years customer-facing role, MSP preferred

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Certifications preferred
  • Experience with Intune, ConnectWise, Automate, or N-Able
  • Virtualization technology certification (Azure, VMware, AWS)
