๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality IT support services to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and desktop issues
- Manage tickets and prioritize work through ticket status
- Provide on-site support to local clients up to 15%
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience as IT Support Specialist or similar
- Proficiency in VMware, O365, backups, Windows client/server
- Experience with ticketing systems and tracking work
- 2+ years customer-facing role, MSP preferred
โจ Nice to Have
- Microsoft Certifications preferred
- Experience with Intune, ConnectWise, Automate, or N-Able
- Virtualization technology certification (Azure, VMware, AWS)
