You'll lead the evolution from manual to risk-based test automation for a mobile banking app, building scalable frameworks with TypeScript and WebdriverIO. Your core impact will be shaping a balanced testing pyramid across mobile, UI, API, and manual layers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive QA automation strategy and framework quality.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 4 QA engineers.
• Design and maintain mobile automation for iOS and Android using Appium.
• Optimize automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in QA and test automation.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring QA engineers.
• Hands-on experience building UI and end-to-end automation frameworks (WebdriverIO, Playwright, etc.).
• Experience with mobile testing and automation on iOS/Android in business-critical environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Appium, BrowserStack, XCUITest, or Espresso.
• Experience testing React Native applications.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments.
