🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor club compliance with NFL rules and bylaws
• Maintain player personnel records and contracts
• Verify college player eligibility for the draft
• Prepare analytical reports for various committees

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in college athletics or professional sports league or club
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of NFL Player Personnel rules and CBA

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI, and statistical modeling tools
• Prior experience in a player personnel department or compliance office
