💼 About This Role

You'll lead due diligence projects and manage engagements for M&A transactions, ensuring high-quality financial analysis including EBITDA and networking capital. You'll also mentor junior team members while building strong client relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft EBITDA tables and networking capital analysis
• Lead management meetings for due diligence projects
• Coordinate and manage engagements throughout transaction lifecycle
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to junior team members

📋 Requirements

• CPA/CA/MBA Finance or Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of transaction experience focused on quality of earnings
