• Draft and review software license and SaaS agreements
• Provide legal advice on service operations and new businesses
• Support establishment and operation of overseas subsidiaries
• Handle IP, privacy, security, and HR compliance matters

📋 Requirements

• Korean bar certification
• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
• Professional English proficiency for contracts and meetings
• Interest in IT, IP, digital content, or new technologies

• STEM educational background
