You'll own the customer journey for ~150 mid-market accounts, ensuring rapid activation and long-term adoption of Hubstaff's platform. You'll drive retention, expansion, and revenue outcomes across the Americas. This role combines strategic relationship building with data-driven insights in a remote-first SaaS environment.

  • Lead live onboarding sessions for new customers
  • Conduct value-driven business reviews and monitor adoption
  • Manage renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities
  • Develop scalable playbooks and process improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of Customer Success experience in a PLG SaaS company
  • Proven track record managing 100+ mid-market accounts
  • Experience influencing renewal and retention outcomes
  • Comfortable working with data and dashboards
