💼 About This Role

You'll support the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage oncology and rare disease products. This role provides technical support and training for radiopharmaceutical preparation and participates in validation, CDMO qualification, technical transfers, and troubleshooting. You'll lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tech transfer and manufacturing activities for radiopharmaceuticals
• Analyze production processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements
• Lead manufacturing investigations and root cause analyses
• Author and review SOPs, batch records, protocols, and reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in science/engineering with 7 years in radiopharmaceutical industry (or PhD with 5 years)
• GMP experience in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience managing CDMOs and cross-functional teams

✨ Nice to Have

• PET manufacturing with automated synthesis modules
• Hands-on experience with isotopes like F-18, Lu-177, I-131
