Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 5+ years progressive design experience with leadership capabilities
• Portfolio showcasing design excellence and strategic brand thinking
• Experience managing creative teams while doing hands-on design
• Strong visual design skills with typography, color, and composition

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical creative initiatives including brand refresh and marketing campaigns
