You'll build the operational backbone for a 40+ person Customer team at a high-growth AI-native workforce management startup. You'll design standardized processes, reporting, and resource planning from scratch, directly impacting how the team scales. This role is ideal if you're energized by ambiguity and want to drive change management across multiple customer-facing teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and own reporting and data infrastructure for the Customer team
- Design and implement standardized processes across teams
- Own customer tooling, ensuring proper configuration and adoption
- Develop resource planning and capacity frameworks
📋 Requirements
- Strong operational and analytical background with reporting frameworks
- High AI proficiency using AI tools in daily work
- Cross-functional experience in customer, post-sales, or professional services
- Proven change management introducing new processes to teams

- Background in strategy or management consulting (e.g. MBB)
- Previous generalist or operations role at a high-growth SaaS scaleup
- Hands-on experience with CRM, CS tools, or ticketing systems
