You'll join a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry through technology, maintaining and repairing heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts for a leading rental company. You'll use our proprietary T3 platform to diagnose and fix issues faster, working smarter not harder. Enjoy working on the newest fleet in the industry with year-round OEM training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain documentation of work performed
• Assist in training lower-level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
