You'll build and scale Fivetran's customer advocacy program from the ground up, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Product. Your work will elevate brand credibility and influence buyers through customer stories across campaigns and content. This is a high-ownership role with the chance to create a scalable growth engine for a leading data platform.
π― What You'll Do
- Build and lead customer advocacy program from scratch
- Develop multi-channel advocacy engine for case studies and speaking
- Lead G2 and Gartner Peer Insights programs
- Create scalable processes for intake and measurement
π Requirements
- Proven experience building customer advocacy in B2B SaaS
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional projects
- Strong operational rigor and attention to detail
- Experience defining and reporting on advocacy metrics

- Experience with G2 or Gartner Peer Insights
- Background in enterprise B2B marketing
