💼 About This Role

You'll lead ML teams developing production-grade autonomy stacks deployed on real vehicles across multiple continents. Your teams will train models, iterate on architecture and data, and ship into production vehicles on quarterly release cycles. This role offers the chance to work across L2 ADAS, L4 trucking, and mining from a common codebase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction across multiple ML workstreams
• Lead rapid training and iteration cycles for model development
• Work directly with OEM customers on vehicle platform constraints
• Own offboard ML pipelines for training infrastructure and data curation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in deep learning
• 4+ years managing deeply technical product development teams
• Experience building ML training pipelines at scale
• Track record deploying ML models to embedded or edge hardware

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with occupancy-based scene representations or sparse query-based architectures
• Experience with closed-loop simulation for ML model evaluation
• Multi-domain ML development across different sensor configs or geographies
