💼 About This Role

You'll join a small team responsible for the stability, performance, and security of our server infrastructure, including bare metal, VMs, databases, and networking. You'll drive clarity in ambiguous situations and own automation projects end-to-end. This role focuses on real infrastructure, not cloud abstractions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with on-premise infrastructure: setup, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Own automation projects from design to rollout and maintenance
• Investigate production incidents across OS/networking/infrastructure layers
• Participate in on-call rotations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a DevOps Engineer or SRE
• Hands-on experience with Linux servers at OS level and below
• Solid understanding of networking basics and iptables
• Experience with Ansible and Git

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse or MongoDB
• Experience with Kafka operating clusters at scale
• Experience with HAProxy or Nginx
