Description

You will design, build, activate, and maintain advanced manufacturing facilities for SpaceX, managing infrastructure projects and overseeing operations of HVAC, electrical, and other systems at the Hawthorne facility. You'll lead project teams and ensure reliability of all systems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or other engineering discipline
• 1+ years of professional experience with MEP building systems design or build
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or engineering design software
• Direct field experience with aerospace, industrial, or large commercial construction projects
• Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support and work extended hours in high-stress environment

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP engineering projects from design through commissioning and maintenance
• Provide technical engineering support to ensure compliance with standards and codes
• Manage maintenance and coordination of HVAC, electrical, cranes, and facility systems
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time with multiple parties
• Prepare and execute capital expenditure projects, ensuring budget and deadlines are met
