πΌ About This Role
You'll work as a strategic recruiting partner for a spacecraft manufacturer backed by $450M. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process across technical teams, directly shaping the teams that build next-generation satellites.
π― What You'll Do
- Partner with engineering hiring managers to develop tailored hiring strategies
- Source and attract top engineering talent through creative outreach
- Design and refine interview processes to improve selection and reduce bias
- Screen candidates and serve as an ambassador for K2's mission
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with engineering or technical roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills to run multiple searches concurrently
- Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and senior hiring partners
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting across engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, systems, software)
- Aerospace, defense, or hard tech industry background
- Experience in organizations with ITAR, OFCCP, or similar compliance requirements
