You'll design, build, and scale a high-performing platform for a $250M SaaS business. You'll own features end-to-end and contribute to architectural decisions. This role offers mentorship opportunities and the chance to work with modern cloud-native technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software across multiple stacks
• Take ownership of features from design through production support
• Contribute to architectural decisions and shape technical direction
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and pairing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and supporting large-scale distributed systems
• Strong PHP (Laravel/Symfony) development experience
• Strong Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) development experience
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Node.js/Vue/Angular)

✨ Nice to Have

• Mobile development experience (iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter)
• Experience leading projects or influencing technical direction
• Prior exposure to people leadership or mentoring at scale
