• Hire and ramp 2-3 junior performance marketers
• Own client relationships and handle escalations
• Document SOPs for the Paid Ads Agent

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of agency experience running Meta Ads
• Hands-on practitioner running accounts yourself
• Experience hiring or mentoring junior marketers
• Proven B2B lead generation track record
