💼 About This Role

You'll join our People & Talent team to provide administrative and project support throughout the employee lifecycle for our staff in Malaysia. You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries and drive local culture initiatives. This role offers high impact on global people projects in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support onboarding, Day 1 Orientation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and People Systems
• Answer employee queries on processes and policies
• Organize team events and facilitate regional culture initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR administrative support
• Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Experience with start-up communication tools including Slack

• BambooHR experience
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management
• Experience in a start-up environment
