You'll build and lead a BDR team for a new vertical at SafeLease, a profitable insurance company that designs and distributes commercial property coverage. You'll own the playbook, hire and coach reps, and help establish SafeLease as the go-to insurer for 40,000+ manufactured housing communities nationwide. This role offers high discretion and a chance to scale an untapped market with full company support.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs for manufactured housing vertical.
  • Own team performance against weekly and monthly pipeline targets.
  • Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, and role-play sessions to improve prospecting.
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new BDR team members to productivity.
  • Partner with Account Executives for smooth lead handoffs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS, technology or insurance.
  • 2+ years as a BDR manager with direct responsibility for developing reps.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools like Outreach.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into insurance, real estate, or manufactured housing.
  • Experience with Gong, Salesloft, or Apollo.
  • Strong coaching instincts and comfort in a scrappy environment.
