💼 About This Role

You'll act as a day-to-day legal partner to founders and leadership, covering commercial agreements, employment, IP, and corporate governance. You'll manage risk across robotics and autonomy deployments, and build scalable legal processes. You'll work closely with engineers, researchers, and operations teams in a fast-moving environment.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active membership in the California State Bar
• Experience at a law firm or in-house role covering multiple legal domains
• Comfort operating as a generalist across corporate, commercial, employment, and IP
• Familiarity with French law and regulatory frameworks
